This week's workouts: Art Piece, It’s All Gucci, Boss Up & To The Moon
New Full-Length Workouts: Art Piece begins with dance-based CCS and progresses into a fun dance-based breakdown with extra reps, burpees and pushups. This workout includes some high impact moves, so modify if necessary. The weighted standing sculpting is really effective and can be done with light or heavy weights. This week’s sculpt, It’s All Gucci (this week’s toughest workout) is a 50-min. total-body, core sculpting 3x3 that is both grounded and standing. Your hip flexors will be feeling this!
Quick Burn Workouts: Boss Up is a 25-min. Cardio + Sculpt Quick Burn that really targets the side core and To The Moon is a 23-min core-focused standing abs Quick Burn that really packs a punch.
