Hey Everyone, Happy August (I cannot believe that it’s August)! Grab a pair of socks - We’re sliding our way into our first week of the Program. This week’s workouts are in the 40-minute range. Stay strong and keep your motions sharp and I promise you’ll get a killer burn. Don’t mind our old schedule design as we’re doing an update. New Full-Length Workouts: Wildin is a total-body Cardio + Sculpt. Forty-one minutes of basic yet high-energy cardio meets standing sculpting. Expect floor explosions and a Pretty Girl series with a new variation that goes perfectly with this week's sculpt. Bawdy is hot! Our core basics are (and feel) so different with socks. Get ready to fire into the muscles differently and integrate your core and smaller accessory muscles like the inner thighs with this week’s 40-min. sculpt workout. You are really going to feel this one!

Quick Burn Workouts: Easy…This one is really nice and easy, has a good flow and really targets it all in less than 20 minutes. Clutch is a term that can characterize something as "excellent" or "effective." Clutch is a 25-min cardio + sculpt from July that's fun, efficient and very sweaty. It's clutch.
