This Week: Bubble Up, All Day Baby, Body, Elevenstars and Breaking Point

Full Length: Bubble Up is a 51-min Cardio + Sculpt that has a sweaty and fun hip-shaking cardio sequence (Genie, Slide-Out-In-Out) with a weighted standing sculpting series. We’re training the chain with this one so you can expect to really feel this in the back and booty. Elevenstars is 48-min of total-body grounded sculpting that really targets the core. Your obliques and lats are going to feel this with a new side lying leg and abs series. If you’re looking for a standing sculpt, I recommend Brilliant.

Quick Burn: All Day Baby is a 16-min QB that I could literally do all day. It incorporates plenty of lateral movement and inner thigh work via Torch to really challenge your core and balance. Take it to the limit with the addition of wrist or ankle weights. Body is a great total-body QB that incorporates a medium resistance loop and weights of your choice. Breaking Point is a 24-min. no equipment Cardio + Sculpt Quick Burn that is equal parts Standing Abs and Cardio.
