Allmighty is our first Grounded Cardio workout. It's all-levels friendly and follows our core basics flow. You'll feel this one everywhere. Use ankle weights to kick it up. You’ll need a mat. Extra padding and ankle weights optional.
Phenomenal is just that and I know it’ll be a favorite! It's a 50-min light to medium weighted 3x3 with a pushup breakdown and a fantastic flow. You'll feel this one everywhere as it's total-body, but your arms are working the entire time. You’ll need light to medium weights and a mat.
BODY PARTS
Water is a 12-min Body Parts workout that's grounded, weighted and really hones in on the inner and outer thighs and obliques.
QUICK BURN
Our Third Eye, also known as Ajna chakra, is an invisible eye usually located on the forehead. It's power is to boost perception of things that can't be seen by your eyes. This mystical eye is part of what is called "the subtle body," which means that while it can't be seen, it's considered an important force in governing how prana (energy) moves within the body. This QB is a serious weighted body booster with insight to help see you through. You’ll need one medium to heavy weight.
Arsenal begins with a 7-min high energy cardio series to increase the heart rate for optimal fat burn while we sculpt the booty via weight bearing work. You'll see Frogger in cardio and 30 reps of Pike Kickbacks, Rainbow Kick Backs and Donkey Crossovers in the sculpting. Expect to be dripping by then end and repeat the cardio after the sculpting for extra burn. You’ll need ankle weights and a mat.
Sig is a perfect example of our signature SLB Sculpting workouts. Total-body, multi-directional and well-balanced. Lift heavy for greater cardiovascular output. You’ll need medium to heavy weights and a mat.
