DO IT FOR THE RESULTS (and the stress release). This week is really results-driven and if you do follow the schedule, you can expect a 1-2” booty lift this week from High + Tight and Lightning. This week's workouts: Lightning, High + Tight, Pronto & Claire

New Full-Length Workouts: Lightning is a sweaty 50-min. total-body cardio + heavy weight sculpt with a longer cardio series and a killer weighted standing sculpt. High + Tight is a 50-minute total-body weighted core sculpt in a 3x3 format. I LOVE this one and excited to end the decade with one of the most effective booty/core sequences ever. *If you have low back issues or tightness EVER, please be cautious and modify - I do not recommend going all the way to the ground with Foldover Complete.

Quick Burn Workouts: Pronto is a 28-min. Cardio + Sculpt QB that targets everything and is perfect for right now. Claire is a 21-min grounded core (glutes, abs and then some) that was made for my client, Claire but it’s perfect for everyone. Wear ankle weights to challenge.
