30-Minute Initial Coaching Session


Coaching sessions are perfect for those of you who want a personalized experience with me, who are just getting started, need motivation, or want help taking your practice and results to the next level. 

Not sure which workouts are best for you?  Want to start but don't know where to begin or how to best set up your at-home studio?  Feeling stagnant in your eating?  Need help meal-planning or prepping? 

If you have questions or want a more personalized experience, you can book personal one-on-one time with me. 

Sessions take place via Facetime or Skype with me (all sessions are PST).  When booking please follow the scheduling prompts.  Sessions are 20-30 minutes in length and followed up with personalized suggestions & plans for you via email.  

Please note, once sessions are scheduled they will not be refunded if they are missed or because of scheduling conflicts. Thank you.
